Create your own bundle of joy.
Now that you’ve perfected sourdough, what about something to go with it?
Taylor Made Wines and Omnom have teamed up to launch a one-off cheesemaking and wine tasting class, that will show you how to create your own silky Italian cheese from scratch. For those who have not yet tried burrata, the perfect pouch is made from stretched mozzarella on the outside and strings of creamy stracciatella on the inside, with a knot on top.
Expert cheesemaker Marly Badia from Omnom Cheese Making will lead the cheesemaking workshop, while wine aficionado and MKR winner Will Stewart will guide you through a tasting of the Taylor Made wines.
Included in the session is a cheesemaking kit stocked with the tools and ingredients needed to make your own curds along with a bottle of Taylor Made wine (choose from Chardonnay, Rosé or Pinot Noir) for sipping on the side.

The virtual event will be held on Facebook Live on Wednesday, August 26 at 6pm. The event is priced at $40, which includes the cheese-making equipment and a bottle of wine. Registration closes August 18 to ensure timely delivery of the kits. To make a booking, head to taylormadewines.com.au.
