It’s the upgrade you’ve been waiting for. Australia’s favourite honeycomb log (sorry Crunchie) has been given a caramelised white chocolate makeover.

The news has been welcomed by white chocolate lovers who constantly have to defend their cocoa preferences to smug friends who claim that “it’s not real chocolate”.

The limited-edition flavour features the same shattering centre, draped in a caramel coating made from caramelised white choc.

CEO of Robern Menz Phil Sims said: “When we first trialled the new flavour combo we instantly knew we were on to something. You bite into that smooth caramel flavour, followed by the shattering sharpness of the honeycomb and it smells incredible!”

Since Australian company Robern Menz took ownership of the beloved bar in 2018, the Violet Crumble has seen several reincarnations, from Violet Crumble Dark to Violet Crumble Easter eggs and Golden Gaytimes. What next? We can only dream.

The Violet Crumble Caramel is currently available to purchase from Woolworths stores nationwide for a recommended retail price of $4.40 per 170g bag.
