The snack trend continues with a sleek new wine bar and kitchen dedicated to delicious little things.

Icebergs restaurateur Maurice Terzini has started the New Year with a new Euro wine bar and snack kitchen in Potts Point, Sydney.

The veteran restaurateur is working with a new business partner for his latest venture, none other than hospo pro and son, Sylvester Terzini. “After all these years of working together we have finally opened a place that we can genuinely call ours,” Maurice said.

The deli and wine bar will pay tribute to 2nd and 3rd-generation Italians living in Australia with a range of simple European-style snacks paired with an eclectic mix of wines. Expect the classics, like cured meats, olives and anchovies, served alongside small plates, such as carpaccio or tortilla.

Snack Kitchen has slotted into the old Sunday space on Macleay Street.

More details to come.
