Sometimes you want to keep things simple when it comes to dinner. And then there are those other times when simplicity goes out the window, and excess is where your heart truly lies. This pizza falls into the latter category.
Far from the margarita pizza or the pepperoni, this pizza is for those who like their takeaway a little extra. The Lobster (as it has been dubbed) comes courtesy of Fratelli Fresh’s new Speciale pizza range. It boasts a whole steamed lobster, brushed with garlic butter and sat on top of a rich Fior di Latte. And of course there’s a garnish – garlic and parsley to be exact.
For $59 The Lobster could be yours. Otherwise your equally lavish options include a Pork & Fennel Meatball, a Garlic Prawn, a Willy’s Nduja Sausage, and a Burrata & Bresaola, which comes slathered in porcini mushroom and truffle oil.
The Speciale Pizzas will be available across all seven Fratelli Fresh restaurants in Sydney, from March 1.
