So beloved are the elaborate skewers of Korean-Japanese-Australian Firepop, that the duo behind the grill have just opened their first bricks-and-mortar restaurant in Sydney’s Enmore. The viral TikTok sensation Chebbo’s Burgers are headed to the Show this year in their custom food truck. The team will be debuting their smash-style burgers, tacos and hot chip smash packs. Haloumi burgers are available for the vegetarians out there too so you’re covered.

If you prefer your sausages sans batter and sticks, Wally’s Hot Dogs will be serving up their super-sized snags every day. When we say big we mean really, really big. The two-feet long dogs are served on a baguette-style bread roll with Flamin’ Hot Doritos and cheese and we feel should probably be shared with a friend.

The freshly baked scones and piping hot tea served at the CWA’s Tea Room get its start as a post-war fundraiser for the Country Women of NSW, but in the years since, it has become a much-loved tradition of the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
