Dubbed ‘The Smokers’, the leafy libation is made from mezcal, toasted hemp seed-infused agave, CBD oil and hemp gin. The cherry on top is the edible hemp leaf to round off the experience. Culinary Director Neil Perry is delighted to reveal this burger, showcasing Australian produce but representing a variety of cultures.
