We all know that the best part of any pizza is the cheese. And nobody knows this better than Melbourne’s 400 Gradi. 

Officially smashing a Guinness World Record, the venue has launched a whopping 154 cheese pizza, as an ode to all things cheesy. 

The idea was birthed by owner Johnny Di Francesco, somewhat of a cheese enthusiast. He pulled it off by taking a single gram of each cheese, melting it down and chilling them together in one big, beautiful block. The pizza features cheeses from all over the world, of various textures and flavours, coming together in perfect harmony. You can enjoy the pizza in all its cheese-laden wonder for $28.

This heavenly creation made its drool-worthy debut late last year as a limited time offer. Unsurprisingly it was a massive hit, now making its triumphant return from today until the 8th September. That’s right, it’s available for four days only at all 400 Gradi venues, so we’d suggest cancelling any dinner plans you have between now and then.
