Cocktails and croissants, anyone?
If you’re a true brunch aficionado, you’ll want to head to Manly this Saturday. Follow the smell of dough to Manly’s back lane, where Rollers Bakehouse will set the stage for the ultimate boozy brunch event.
Archie Rose Distilling Co. will be landing in Rialto Lane on the 20th July to host a cocktails and croissants bakehouse brunch. Brace yourself for Instagram-worthy croissant combos when three of Rollers’ most popular flavours join forces with three custom cocktails mixed by the Archie Rose team.

Start your morning with a Banana Roller, which sees Archie Rose Original Vodka, banana milk oak and honey paired with Rollers signature charcoal-infused chocolate croissant. Those looking to cure a Friday night hangover will be ordering a few of the N’ MARY’s (Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin, tomato juice and mary mix) with a side of Rollers HAM N’ (leg Ham, pickles, gruyere, cheddar and whole grain mustard). We’ll leave the third and final flavour as a surprise, but we can confirm it includes gin and lemon myrtle.
Get there for 10am (though we anticipate a line around the block) and enjoy a few rounds of pastries and spiked drinks.

For those unable to cross the bridge, Archie Rose will be hosting the same event at their Southside Rosebery location on Saturday 27th July. This time, Rollers will play visitor with their beloved baked goods in tow. The event kicks off at noon, with guests set to enjoy the same menu and thirst-quenching creations.
This collaboration promises to bring all your flaky, buttery dreams to life with delicious drinks to boot. Both events are running until sold out, so get ready to wake, bake and brunch.
