Asia TOPA 2017: the one dish you need to try at this year's festival

Food and art are set to collide this year in Melbourne for Asia TOPA, an inaugural city-wide festival showcasing performance and visual art from around Asia.

Behind the pans David Moyle (Franklin and Longsong), Victor Liong (Lee Ho Fook), and Jerry Mai (Pho Nom) are set to take over three of Arts Centre food venues from 14 February to 5 March, as part of Asia TOPA serving up impressive dishes inspired by the festival.
