Indulge in all-day dining (and drinking) by the seaside with Rosenbaum & Fuller.
The term ‘one-stop shop’ doesn’t tend to apply to eateries, but it’s perhaps the best way to describe Bondi Beach’s latest addition. Rosenbaum & Fuller is an all day and all night place to drink and dine; an outlet focused on wine, coffee, spirits and food in equal measure.
Owner Lee Potter Cavanagh found inspiration for Rosenbaum & Fuller from his grandmothers who both emigrated to the country, in fact the venue is named after them. Hoping to create an eatery that gives a nod to the multiculturalism present in the country, Cavanagh has crafted a melting pot of a menu, with various cultural references and plenty of plant-based dishes.
The accompanying drinks list is rather patriotic in contrast; an array of Australian wines and cocktails which embrace native ingredients. Beers have all been brewed in Sydney, and the coffee comes from Edition coffee roasters.

But what’s most memorable about Rosenbaum & Fuller isn’t its menu but its exterior. Built by Cavanagh and his close family and friends, the eatery is awash in a vibrant purple hue. After for why, Cavanagh explains: “Prince for life.”
