Bundaberg Rum has teamed up with premium ice cream makers Harry & Larry’s to release two limited-edition ice cream tubs, inspired by the sugarcane Champagne.

Moving beyond the classic combo of Bundy & Cola, the two new ice cream flavours include Rum & Raisin and Pineapple Coconut Rum.

While the ice cream is non-alcoholic, there’s nothing stopping you from making your own sneaky rum spider at home (we won’t tell).

Bundaberg Rum marketing manager Karl Roche said: “We’re always looking for ways to innovate that stay true to our brand this collaboration with Harry’s ice Cream gives our Bundy Rum consumers a new way to enjoy the flavour of their favourite Australian rum.”

The new range is available in select supermarkets in Queensland over the summer.
