It's the ultimate dinner and a show package.

Those with good taste in both food and music should take themselves along to The Tuning Fork, an event by two of the country’s greatest talents, Indigenous chef Clayton Donovan and Powderfinger guitarist Darren Middleton.

Darren, who has been awarded 18 Arias throughout his decades-long career, will supply the soundtrack for the evening, which will be made up of Powderfinger hits as well as covers that have influenced his life as a songwriter.

The performance continues with a culinary feast by acclaimed chef Clayton Donovan, former restaurateur of the Jaaning Tree in Nambucca Heads and host of ABC TV’s Wild Kitchen, who has put together a special menu of native bush foods and locally foraged ingredients.

And just to make the whole thing even more memorable, the event will take place aboard a cruise ship, which will tour the sparkling waters of Sydney Harbour. Naturally, there’ll be a bar on board for that mandatory Champagne as the sun goes down.

The exclusive experience will be held on Sunday, November 17, with cast-off at 3:30 pm and docking at 7 pm. Tickets to The Tuning Fork are priced at $150 pp. For more details or to book, head to eventbrite.com.
