Whether you’re a lover or a hater of Valentine’s Day, I think we can all agree that these new mini gelato cakes by Messina are pretty darn cute and that there’s not a single person out there that wouldn’t happily scoff the whole lot.

Available for pre-order from today, the trio include a sweet daisy bouquet made from salted caramel gelato set in a milk chocolate pot with almond soil and chocolate daisies; a red rose (somewhat unromantically called the “thornbag”), made from dulce de leche gelato, baked cheesecake and coffee Chantilly petals; and a sexy peach, filled with yoghurt gelato, peach mousse, peach sponge and macadamia crunch pieces.

It goes without saying that the receiver has an unequivocal responsibility to split the gelato cakes 50/50 with the giver (if they would like to remain in said relationship, that is), while those not in a relationship can just go ahead and eat all three, with no sharing required (win).

The V-Day Minis are priced at $45 for a set of three and can be purchased online from January 29 for collection from any Gelato Messina store on February 13 and 14.
