Sans Severus Snape.
Having trouble getting your polyjuice potion to work? Sure, it could be the poor-quality bicorn horn you’ve used, but more than likely, you just need some practice. Wizards and witches looking to perfect the ancient art of potion-making are invited to head along to a magical potions class, held within a secret Harry Potter-themed location in Sydney.
The 90-minute experience will cover the basics of potion and spell-making under the guidance of a wise potion master. You’ll also be required to solve magical challenges to unlock the recipe formulas. No need to bring your wand or robe along, they’ll be supplied on entry.
The Wizard’s Cauldron is priced at $45-$55 per session, which includes a glass of mead and two boozy potions. Classes will run from August 29 until November 20. RSVP by owl postal service or head to eventbrite.com to secure your tickets.
