The iconic Bondi restaurant is going stateside.
Australia’s most famous beachside restaurant, Icebergs Dining Room and Bar, has just announced a new pop-up collaboration set to open in Los Angeles later next month.
From the shores of Bondi to the streets of West Hollywood, the Bondi icon has joined forces with cult favourite E.P & L.P to create an exclusive lunch and sunset session, for one day only on September 24.

The menu will bring the best of Icebergs, with head chef Monty Koludrovic revealing that it’ll involve snacks and a three-course meal for the lunch at E.P, with his famed heirloom tomato carpaccio with burrata and basil and a So-Cal take on the Aussie ‘Iceberg’ pav making an appearance.
Those looking to make an afternoon of it have the option of drinks and snacks from 4 pm on the L.P terrace (the venue’s rooftop bar) with menu offerings including the aptly named ‘Iceburger’ and a watermelon and lime sherbet dessert.
Drinks for the lunch and afternoon session will take their cue from signature Icebergs and The Dolphin Hotel cocktails – think Delfino spritz and Negronis.
The collaboration, which was in the works for more than eight months, was the result of the two teams meeting during Icebergs’ annual New Year’s Day celebrations. For Koludrovic this is all part of the exciting next step in sharing what Icebergs is all about in another city. “We’ll be bringing a touch of Australia to LA and I’m excited to work with their team come September”, he said. “Think the vibes of Icebergs set in the LA landscape.”

All that’s left to do now is get yourself on a flight to LA.
