After selling out in just 30 minutes last year, the coveted croissant will return for an encore this week, giving those who walked away empty-handed last year a second shot at their pastry prize.

If you thought Lune croissants were already pretty excellent, try filling them with Koko Black’s pistachio marzipan, a toasted cacao nib frangipane and dark chocolate ganache. Wait, there’s more. The croissant’s golden exterior will be finished with chopped pistachios, cocoa powder and shards of tempered dark chocolate.

If this sounds like your kind of breakfast, you’ll be able to get your hands on the exclusive croissant from any Koko Black store in Melbourne from July 5-7. The flaky pastries will be priced at $13 each.
