Sweltering temperatures in Sydney can mean only one thing – it’s margarita time!

On cue, Opera Bar has whipped out the tequila for a four-day margarita festival running from Thursday, March 23 – Sunday, March 26.

Marg Fest will see your favourite cocktail shaken four ways, alongside live music and entertainment from Opera Bar’s famed waterfront setting.

Start with a classic Tommy’s margarita before moving on to something more adventurous like the frozen guava margarita or margarita soft serve. A special Mexican-inspired snack menu will include marg-friendly bites like fish tacos, corn ribs and pulled pork quesadillas.

Tickets to Marg Fest includes three margaritas of your choice, a dedicated bar and area for sipping, as well as roving entertainment, a glitter squad and live DJ beats.
