The Melbourne Food & Wine Festival is set to host an all-you-can-eat hot chips party next month, and frankly, it all sounds a little too good to be true.

Called Maximum Chips, the event will be made up of fries in all its forms, from crinkle-cut to shoestring, waffle, curly and steak – and maybe even the odd potato gem thrown in for good measure. They don’t expect you to go naked either – a dedicated Condiments Crew will be on hand, squirting out sauces and gravies for your dipping pleasure.

Work off any extra calories by dancing the night away to DJ Minx.

Tickets to Maximum Chips are priced at $35 each, which includes a welcome drink, entertainment and all the chips you can possibly eat. Consider that a challenge, sir.
