This Sunday 15th October, Melbourne’s popular restaurant-cum-wine-bar EMBLA will descend in Sydney for a one-night-only collaboration. Taking place at Monopole in Potts Point, guests will enjoy an evening of food and wine created by Monopole’s Brent Savage and Nick Hildebrand alongside EMBLA’s Dave Verheul.
