Who said vegan had to be flavourless?
Following the success of its first two vegan dinners, BangPop will host a third meat-free, Thai dining experience.
With guest chef Saruttaya “Na” Lakchai at the pans, it doesn’t matter whether you have carnivore leanings or not – you’ll most definitely be in for a tasty evening.
Chef Na, from Chef Na’s Plant-Based Kitchen, has more than 10 years’ culinary experience, and is passionate about bringing healthy and innovative vegan fare to the world – which is also delicious.
Dishes on the menu include Thai corn patties, spicy Portobello mushrooms and the ever-popular Thai green curry, with a meat-free twist. Everything served will also be gluten-free.
The six-course dinner will be accompanied by natural vegan wines, which have been chosen to perfectly compliment the food on the table.
BangPop aims to recreate the energy of traditional Bangkok hawker stands, but with a Melbourne riverside setting.
The BangPop Thai vegan dinner will be held 7pm, Tuesday, March 28, 35 South Wharf Promenade, South Wharf, Melbourne. Cost is $109, with tickets available, here.
