Just days after announcing the purchase of Bondi’s Royal Hotel, Merivale has today revealed their latest move into the Eastern Suburbs with the acquisition of Woollahra’s Hotel Centennial.

Trading from December 12,  the Oxford Street pub will feature two of Merivale’s brightest chefs Ben Greeno (The Paddington) and Danielle Alvarez (Fred’s) who will be working their magic on the menus.

The purchase is yet another strategic move by Justin Hemmes who also announced the acquisition of The Collaroy in August and Vic on the Park in October.
