Skip the birthday card, Nourish is letting you write your next message on a sushi roll.
The wellness cafe has acquired a custom laser etching machine from Germany capable of etching phrases, images and patterns onto nori sheets.
Customers can either purchase the playful designs displayed in the glass cabinets, or create a custom message of their own. Looking for a creative way to say happy birthday, congratulations or will you marry me? It’s hard to beat a stencilled salmon nigiri or elegantly etched egg roll.
Beyond the sushi art, the cafe also serves up wholesome meals, from salads to smoothie bowls, sandwiches, fresh juices and healthy treats.
