Here’s the catch: there’s just one ticket available.
Booking.com has teamed up with Peter to curate a one-of-a-kind experience for seafood-obsessed travellers. The ‘Booking.com Seafood Sail’ will treat one traveller and a guest to a two-night stay on a yacht, where the beloved chef will host a refined cooking session before serving a five-course lunch.
The experience will begin with a private, behind-the-scenes visit to the all-new Sydney Fish Market. Peter will lead the tour, sharing his decades of experience in selecting the very best seafood from the market and how to tell the good from the great.

From the market, two lucky guests will board their own private houseboat, the classic 72-foot yacht Sir Thomas Sopwith. Here, traditional sailing is combined with the comforts of a modern stay. The stunning vessel features private cabins, bathrooms and shower facilities, plus a spacious saloon and full galley kitchen. There’s also a generous deck space for dining and soaking in the sun.
Once on board, Peter will lead a refined cooking session demonstrating thoughtful fin‑to‑tail techniques, before serving a five‑course lunch on deck against the backdrop of Sydney’s sweeping harbour skyline. The lucky bookers can expect to savour a sampling of some of the finest seasonal picks, from Sydney Rock Oysters, half shell scallops with XO sauce, and yellow fin tuna sashimi, all crafted and curated by Peter. After lunch, guests will unwind as their dedicated skipper takes them exploring across the harbour, before settling in for two peaceful nights on the boat moored safely at Jones Bay Wharf, Pyrmont.

Are you hooked? To get your hands on this exclusive ticket you’ll first need to be a Booking.com Genius Traveller. The ‘Booking.com Seafood Sail’ will go on sale on April 10 at 12pm AEST and will cost $19.74, a symbolic price that is a nod to the year the boat was built. The way to secure the exclusive experience is to be the first to book it. So set your alarm and godspeed, we have a feeling there’ll be high demand for this experience.
