That’s right, British gin company Pinkster has just released a special edition Christmas cracker loaded with mini jars of raspberry gin jam and pink gin bottles, and have you ever seen mum look so darn happy?

Made from boozy berries leftover from the gin-making process, Pinkster’s gin jam can be spread on toast, stacked between sponge cakes or stirred into Champagne for a hit of pink colour.
