Melbourne’s annual festival of fizz is set to return to The Northcote Townhall next February.

For the third year running, The Prosecco Festival invites Prosecco producers from Italy and Australia to share their top tipples with the wine-loving public, with 40 different Proseccos available for tasting. Van di Vino will also make an appearance, serving Prosecco spritz cocktails from a vintage caravan bar.

With their spare hand, visitors can try some of the festival’s many Italian eats, which includes Neapolitan pizza from 400 Gradi and arancini, as well as Prosecco-flavoured salami and Prosecco-infused gelato and cannoli.

For the Prosecco pros, there will also be VIP tickets available, which includes access to masterclasses along with balcony seating and a cheese grazing station.
