The new range reimagines restaurant dishes as potato chips.
Crisp connoisseurs can now trade up the salt and vinegar for a new range of gourmet chips created by Red Rock Deli in collaboration with renowned chef Colin Fassnidge.
The new ‘Chef Series’ range consists of three flavours: Pork Belly with Apple Sauce, Braised Beef Brisket with Caramelised Onion, and Portuguese Chicken with Lemon and Oregano.
Colin worked side-by-side with the Red Rock Deli team to bring to life three of his signature dishes into chips through the brand’s innovative iCrave Culinary Design Process – a process that sees culinary exploration, ideation and flavour mapping to ensure the most accurate and flavoursome taste experience is achieved.

“The flavours were inspired by dishes that I’ve cooked in the restaurant,” Fassnidge told delicious. “The hard part was getting them into a crisp and we got there in the end. I’m really happy with the end result.”

The Red Rock Deli Chef Series is now available to purchase from Coles and Woolworths supermarkets nationwide for $4.65 for a 150g bag.
