Celebrity chef and delicious. contributor Colin Fassnidge has today confirmed that his Surry Hills venue 4Fourteen is on the move.

But fans of Fassnidge’s cuisine (including a particularly beloved black pudding jaffle) need not fret just yet. While no date has officially been set for the move, the Irish chef has already been spotted scouting for new venues in the Eastern Suburbs, including the Grand National Hotel in neighbouring Paddington.

It seems likely Fassnidge is set to introduce a new pub-style enterprise that offers both a restaurant and bar-food options for punters.

After all, there’s no such thing as too many pubs. Particularly when there is a talented chef at the helm.
