Sydney bakery Madame & Yves has launched baguette-sized eclairs and we’re still not sharing

Each eclairzilla is four times the size of a regular eclair.

If you’re only allowing yourself one bakery treat this weekend, make it this monster-sized Eclairzilla from Clovelly patisserie Madame & Yves.

The giant new dessert is four times as long and twice as wide as the shop’s regular eclairs, but as far as we’re concerned, it still just counts as one.

Set to be a permanent fixture on the menu, the choux pastry dessert comes in six inspired flavours, including piña colada, tiramisu, Valrhona chocolate and cream, strawberries and cream, caramelised milk chocolate and passionfruit, with new flavours to be released regularly.

Madame & Yves is owned by world-class pastry chef Yves Scherrer, who has a long history working in Sydney’s best dessert kitchens from Sokyo to Kisumé, Sake, est., and Ananas Bar & Brasserie.
