Commencing at 7am, The Mercantile Hotel will be serving out traditional Irish fare to its guests, accompanied by plenty of the black stuff. Live music begins at 9am with bands including Blackwater, Shaylee Wilde & The Soniks, as well as traditional Irish dance performances.
