Surry Hills’ Butter has amassed a name for itself thanks to its ample supply of fried chicken and chic sneakers in equal measure. But now the inner-city haunt will be serving up its famed fare further west with a second store opening up in Parramatta on Friday December 22. The two-level concept store will combine the streetwear and food duo for which the eatery has become famed. Julian Cincotta will again be taking care of the kitchen, curating a short but sweet menu that contains plenty of fried chicken and sandwiches, designed to be paired with Champagnes and cocktails. Upstairs, the top level will host a range of rare sneakers and international streetwear brands.
