Greg Anderson and Patricia Nunes are behind Manly Greenhouse, a venture inspired by its coastal surroundings and passionate community. Their goal is to craft a social hub for locals and visitors alike, with a variety of different drinking and eating spaces within. The venue comprises of three distinct levels; all-day dining at the street-front Greenhouse, something slightly more sophisticated at the Grill restaurant, and a dedicated drinking space on the Rooftop. The team will include experienced hospitality stalwart Craig Hemmings as front of house, former Hugo’s executive chef Colm Kennedy, and young talent Rowan Vidler on the drinks team. “Over the years, we’ve witnessed the Manly Wharf grow in popularity, but we believe now is the time to breathe new life and hospitality into one of Sydney’s best beach fronts. After much anticipation, we’re excited to open our doors to the Greenhouse and Rooftop, and I look forward to welcoming our new neighbours to enjoy our take on the ‘perfect local,” says Greg Anderson.
