The Future of Food and Drink at the sprawling Museum of Contemporary Art terrace is a visual feast of tastes and talks, bringing together hospitality heroes in a panel conversation about innovation and success. You’ll hear from Young Henry’s founder Oscar McMahon, co-founder of ACME Mitch Orr and celebrated chef O Tama Carey (ex-Kylie Kwong and Berta), whose Sri-Lankan restaurant Lankan Filling Station is one of 2018’s most anticipated openings.
