Ready for the weekend? Us too, and we’ve found the best new brunch in Sydney.

Finally, Sydney is stepping up its brunch game. In a unique take on the late-morning meal, Surry Hills’ Nour is debuting a share-style brunch menu, showcasing contemporary Middle Eastern dishes.

Over three courses, you can get acquainted with challah bread with avocado, dukkah and sumac, and wood-fired honey figs, haloumi, salted almonds and black garlic – though we’ll be diving straight for the Lebanese Katayef pancake with buffalo ricotta and smoked date ice cream.

The $60 set menu also includes Nour’s signature brunch cocktail (we’re talking Ketel One Citron, Aperol, agave, cardamom and pineapple juice).

And that’s not all – for the first four Sundays (starting November 19) Nour is teaming up with Sydney designers Tand Swimwear and Vanessa Moe to present a flash-mob runway show, which will give you an up-close look at the latest local designs, set to the chilled house beats of female DJ/vocal duo Afrodisiac.
