Noma

There’s no time to waste.

It’s not even December, yet the food world is well and truly focused on 2018. Namely the much anticipated relaunch of Denmark’s beloved Noma.

Rene Redzepi’s acclaimed Copenhagen eatery will be revealing its reincarnation after a relocation to the city’s famed Christiania neighbourhood. The new venue will include a 40 seat dining room, as well as a a 16-seat private eating area. The food itself will demand around $AU460 a head (not including beverages) though students will be able to enjoy a reduced menu cost for $AU200. As reported earlier, the venue’s will be on seasonal local cuisine.

Foodies can now make sure that they are some of the first to try the food for themselves, with the restaurant confirming that reservations will be available as early as next week. Potential diners will be able to make reservations for the period of February 15 to April 29 from November 16 at 4pm (Copenhagen time that is). Having been closed for a year it’s likely that reservations will be in hot demand, so best get in quick!
