One of Sydney’s best Middle Eastern restaurants has reopened its doors.

Have you heard the news? Nour is back. Surry Hills’ favourite fine-diner has reopened its pink doors; welcoming Sydneysiders back inside for a special night out. The modern Middle Eastern restaurant is renowned for its fragrant Levantine fare that is best enjoyed in situ, where diners can experience the live theatre of the kitchen and admire the beautifully styled space.
“People come for the experience,” says Nour owner Ibby Moubadder. “The idea of Nour came about to show more layers to Middle Eastern food – still be true to the flavours and the cuisine, but just present it in a more refined way using Australian produce and then just present it in an environment that is not just about the food, but also the ambience of the restaurant.”
