Chef Kiren Mainwaring, a stalwart of the Perth fine dining scene, is a dab hand with the veggies. Consistently his vegetarian degustation dishes have been as creative and delicious as their meaty counterparts. The Jarrahdale based winery restaurant takes more than a view from its agricultural setting. Guy Jeffreys is a chef with the soul of a gardener, which is perhaps as it should be. While the menu is packed with quality meats, there’s an ethos at Millbrook of celebrating their prized produce, grown on site, with bespoke vegetarian or vegan menus designed based on the days best pick.
