There’s nothing that signals the start of spring more than the launch of a (boozy) lunch of Crumpets & Caviar in partnership with Moët & Chandon at Franca Brasserie. Guests at the brunch, held Saturdays between 11am and 2.30pm, can choose between a $60 set menu or the more elevated $125 option, which includes crumpets and caviar, mini crab rolls, and the option of a main and shared dessert. Top billing goes to the addition of bottomless drinks for $95 with flowing glasses of Moët, mimosas, Belvedere vodka mixers and Young Henrys.
