Stop the presses. (But not the ones that make truffle-infused toasties, obviously.) Redfern’s Three Williams is serving up baked triple-cream brie topped with truffles, and we don’t think that’s quite sunk in for us yet. Alongside this ambrosial dish will be a tempting, truffle-topped selection of meals from head chef Fabian Mucke’s seasonal menu. Notable mentions include an angel hair carbonara with smoked caviar and – you guessed it – truffle, and an espresso martini tiramisu with, well, you get the idea. The menu is available now, and every day until the end of truffle season.
