Millenial pink has been on our radar for some time now, and while it refuses to fade into obscurity, who’s complaining?! The girlish hue of rose has been adopted on everything from clothing to homewares and, most noticeably, restaurants. The most recent eatery that had proven itself a fan of the romantic colour is Amsterdam’s MaMa Kelly. It’s the second outpost of a burgeoning chain that focuses on opulent interiors but simple food (with only lobster or chicken to choose from on the menu). Design firm De Horecafabriek is behind this pink vision, which follows a ‘more is more’ mantra in its interiors. Accented by texture and gold, the restaurant may be the perfect dinner option come Valentine’s Day.
