No, you’re not wearing rose-coloured glasses. Everything at Pink the Restaurant is either bubblegum, musk, magenta, cherry, fuchsia, pastel or hot pink. Part restaurant, part Instagram prop, the venue celebrates photo-taking moments with a number of staged locations, from a Pink Vibes Only selfie spot to neon murals and floral feature walls.

The colour obsession doesn’t end with the interiors. The menu serves up light and healthy Italian fare, once again, in pink. The menu is divided into millennial-friendly headings, from ‘wholesome AF’ salad bowls to pink pizzas made from beetroot-dyed bases covered in ‘so extra’ toppings like avocado, vegan cheese and truffle oil. Naturally-coloured bowls range from a pumpkin and sage ravioli in pink burnt butter to a blue soba noodle salad topped with a rainbow assortment of veg.

As for drinks, think pink again. For daytimes, there’s pink mega shakes topped with wafer biscuits, fairy floss and marshmallows, and in the evenings, strawberry mojitos, watermelon margaritas and pink espresso martinis.
