After launching just days before the pandemic, Prior has returned for round two and this time we’re ready. Beyond the beautifully designed dining room, locals will fall in love with the inspired menu by ex-Maha chef Nick Korceba which includes salted chocolate crumpets and a wagyu eggs Benedict.

Designed by Gilad Ritz and Jean-Paul Ghougassian of Melbourne-based architecture studio Ritz & Ghougassian, Prior has been given a minimalistic fit-out which balances clean, simple lines with terracotta tones for a warm, welcoming feel.

Expect modern Australian cuisine with a twist. Executive chef Nick Korceba presents an upgraded version of your brekkie faves, from salted chocolate crumpets with chocolate custard and peanut crumble to sticky black rice with lemon-scented cottage cheese.

Alongside tea and coffee, you’ll find a lengthy list of smoothies and juices just made for your post-iso health kick. Local favourite Two Boys Brew kombucha is also stocked, with a choice of hibiscus and lavender or ginger and lemon myrtle.
