EOFY is the catchy acronym for End Of Financial Year, a period in the year that heralds the end of the fiscal year for many businesses, retailers, banks and organisations. To bid farewell to a great year and make way for another year of deals, products, and services, these businesses hold End Of Financial Year sales. EOFY sales bring some of the best prices and discounts.
When is EOFY in 2023?
The financial year ends on 30 June, with the next financial year beginning on 1 July for Australians. Most EOFY sales run all through June and into early July, so many Australians take this chance to buy big ticket and winter-friendly items then.
Where to find the best kitchen appliance and cookware deals this EOFY
EOFY sales have both businesses and consumers clearing out the cupboard cobwebs and making way for something new.
