With a redesign that looks back at the 100-year history of the heritage French cookware giant, Le Creuset’s Modern Heritage Collection gives heirloom design a fresh new chapter.

It’s no secret that at delicious. we’re partial to a little Le Creuset lust. From fresh colourways of their iconic cast iron to elegant new silhouettes and THAT butter bell, we’re forever refreshing our wishlists with the French brand’s timeless designs.

Now, Le Creuset has taken things one step further, unveiling a capsule that’s both nostalgic and thoroughly modern. Introducing: the Modern Heritage Collection.

This reimagined edit looks back to the brand’s archives, drawing inspiration from original design details, then giving them a subtle contemporary twist. Expect softened edges, gently scalloped handles and a new-look lid finished with a looped handle – an elevated update that feels equal parts heritage and haute cuisine.

The collection comprises three versatile pieces, each available in four of the house’s most iconic shades: Volcanic, Cerise, Meringue and Azure.

First up, the 26cm Round Casserole – a multitasker made for everything from slow-braising to Sunday roasts and easy weekday soups.

Then there’s the 28cm Shallow Casserole, with its generous wide base for perfect searing, plus a domed lid to lock in flavour. And finally, the 28cm Oval Baker, a piece that takes you seamlessly from oven to table – whether it’s layered bakes, whole fish, or a show-stopping centrepiece.
