Pass the spoon.

We all know that sneaking a pinch of cookie dough is an irresistible part of baking even though we know we’re not technically supposed to. Thanks a lot, eggs.

So when we heard that the punk-rock queen of desserts Anna Polyviou and renowned cookie experts, Charlie’s Fine Food Co. had joined forces to shake up the cookie dough market, we sat up and listened.

Introducing Australia’s first edible and bakeable cookie dough, and our new obsession.

With the absence of eggs and use of heat-treated flour, this delicious creation is not just the perfect couch snack; it’s safe to eat raw. Available in two fun, colourful and – most importantly – delicious flavours, the Raspberry Donut features a jam-filled centre, white chocolate chips, and raspberry jelly pieces while the Choc Brownie is a rich and fudgy mix of milk and dark chocolate, topped with white chocolate chips.

Polyviou is thrilled to launch the tasty new products, saying in a statement, “Our new Cookie Doughs give customers the freedom to create an array of baked treats, from warm and gooey cookies to cookie dough folded through ice cream, or rolled into balls and dipped into chocolate. Of course you can also just eat them straight out of the tub.”

Don’t mind if we do!

Anna Polyviou x Charlie’s Fine Food Co Cookie Dough is available for $9.95 at Woolworths stores across Australia.
