Oh, choice! Whittaker’s has dropped a tropical new caramelised white chocolate mango and coconut block for your 3pm island daydream.
Made with caramelised, palm oil-free chocolate, chewy dried mango pieces and toasted desiccated coconut, the 250 gram block was first spotted on Instagram user @thegrocerygeekau’s page over the weekend, sending Kiwis across the nation into a flap. This comes just weeks after Whittaker’s released a very special hot cross bun block for Easter. Mercy!
The beloved chocolate label has something of a cult following, with flavours like peanut peanut slabs, coconut, rum and raisin, hokey pokey, and jelly tip blocks (IYKYK) making them fan favourites.

A newer, very zen range of Relax, Restore, Reflect feature flavour combinations of passionfruit and chamomile, and pear with manuka honey. But we all know we’re here for the best of the best – and it’s due to drop into major supermarkets soon.
The 250 gram blocks will initially be available at Woolworths before rolling out across major supermarkets from $8.00.
