Day 7: the delicious. food lover's 2 week cleanse

You’ve officially made it to the halfway point. After eating a week of good, clean and wholesome food your body is well and truly thanking you. As a treat today we’ve thrown in a dessert to reward yourself. Breakfast today consists of healthy broccolini, pea and asparagus gratin followed by a lunch of balsamic beef and glass noodle salad. For dinner give yourself a hearty serving of tuna tagliata and treat yourself to some sugar-free raspberry sorbet.
