The Galeries are bringing in the Lunar New Year with a celebration of innovative food and art. All of this will culminate in the Battle of the Woks, on 2 February, with a head-to-head cook off between the head chefs of The Galeries four Asian restaurants, Lotus, Jimmy’s Recipe, Hotto Motto and Chat Thai.
