Looking to sharpen your kitchen skills? Renowned chef Colin Fassnidge is hosting a free interactive cooking class this month, which will include three recipes from his new cookbook The Commonsense Cook.
No need to stress about your next dinner party or Sunday lunch, Colin has you covered with his celery salad with vierge dressing, caramelised tomato and onion tart, and baked baby snapper with chorizo, cherry tomato and capsicum.

If you want to cook-along, you can also pre-order The Commonsense Cook box, which includes all the ingredients needed to make the three dishes at home.
The 1.5 hour class will also be live-streamed from Colin’s kitchen, so you’re free to ask any burning questions you have along the way.
