Love the festive feel of advent calendars but hate the cheap, plasticky chocolate that comes with it? Boy, do we have some good news for you.

Purveyor of the finest ice cream in town, Gelato Messina, is dropping its first-ever advent calendar, and it’s all happening tomorrow morning. Store locations have been divided up into their relevant states, with each state then allocated a time slot for pre-orders.

With only 300 calendars on offer, you’ll need to make like greased lightning.

What’s in the Messina advent calendar? 

Messina’s in-house chocolatiers have created 24 tiny bites to keep your mouth happy every day in December, from salted cashew brittle to mini waffle cones.

We know festive hits like Messinatella biscuits and panned Panettone are also on offer, but Messina are staying mum on the rest.

How do I get my hands on the Messina advent calendar?

Jump on Messina’s website tomorrow, October 19, to pre-order your calendar. ACT and Queensland stores will go on sale at 9.00am, Victorian stores at 9.30am, and NSW stores will be split into three groups between 10.00am and 11.00am.

Choose your pick up day and time, and place your order.

Collect your delicious goods between November 25 and November 27.
