You might want to try matcha.

They say it ain’t easy being green but these days, that’s hardly the case. It would seem that cafes and restaurants abound are going verdant with everything from lattes to lamingtons going matcha mad.
Once reserved for aficionados of all things Japanese, matcha madness has
reached the masses, with cafes and restaurants jumping on the green bandwagon. The vibrant green powder is made from the finest green te
a leaves, which are shaded a few weeks before picking, and gently dried and stoneground into a fine powder. The flavour is distinctly savoury and umami. The slight green tea bitterness makes way for a lingering sweetness, coupled with a creamy mouth feel. The frothy texture of the matcha comes from being whisked with hot water (if you’re a straight-up traditionalist), but these days you’ll find it blitzed with milk to create a matcha latte.
Matcha’s brilliant colour and sweet/savoury characteristics make it perfect for
more than your morning beverage however. It’s perfect in desserts, taking that
cloyingly sweet edge off, so look out for matcha gelatos and ice creams, cakes and
other post savoury indulgences.
